Returns Policy

Each gift come will a full guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction from initial contact, placement of order through to the finished product. We care passionately about the products we create, the whole customer experience and the pleasure and satisfaction of the recipient.

All orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of purchasing the personalised prints.

After this time unfortunately, our personalised prints may not be cancelled as they are specially made with a personal message (and therefore not resellable).

If you are not fully satisfied with the print we will refund the cost of any product once we have received the item back to us. Should any returns not arrive back to us or arrive damaged then you will not be entitled to a refund.

Should a product be delivered to you faulty or damaged then you must notify us in writing within seven days of the delivery. We will be happy to send out a replacement or offer a full refund should it be required. You may be asked to send the product back to us, if this is the case then you will also be reimbursed for standard second class postage. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the agreement.
