Terms and Conditions
Making a purchase with us at Their Day is really straight forward and simple. Once you have added all your items to our shopping cart just select ‘checkout’ after which you will be asked a few details to complete your order.
Once you have placed your order you will shortly receive an order confirmation e-mail, this indicates that we have received your order.
Should you require your order to include a personal message please insure that all care has been taken when entering your message. We will not be held responsible for any misspelling. Should you require any changes to your order then please e-mail email@example.com. We will do our best to make any amends as long as your order has not gone into production.
Terms Of Delivery
We will deliver the goods ordered to the address provided when you placed your order. No goods are dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays but deliveries still take place on Saturdays. If you require delivery outside of Ireland please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to make your order. The total price of delivery will be confirmed with you before payment is taken.
We aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible although any date or period provided should be taken as indicative only. If a frame is in stock then we will aim to dispatch it on your behalf to the address provided with the time specified. If a frame is out of stock, we will contact you to either cancel your order or choose an alternative frame.
Should your order not arrive at the selected delivery address on or after the 10th dispatched then you must notify us in writing. We can not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by a third party. Should your order not arrive within 10 working days from the dispatch date we will be happy to offer a ‘like for like’ replacement or refund your order.
Business days are defined as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. This excludes public or bank holidays.
